No clinical relationship
Reading this site, or taking part in an Axiom session, does not create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you are assessed by a doctor at the partner clinic.
Eligibility
The site is intended for adults aged 21 and over. Sessions are by appointment and are informational only.
Reference material
The compound library summarises published research. It contains no dosages, protocols or recommendations, and nothing on it should be read as an offer to supply any medicine.
Fees and appointments
Session fees, cancellation windows and payment methods are confirmed before your appointment. Any fee charged by the partner clinic is separate and set by the clinic. Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time; inside 24 hours the session fee is not refundable.
Liability
We take care with the information published here but do not warrant that it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the session concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Denpasar, Bali.
