Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to send us: your name, contact details, and the health background you provide in the intake form or by message. We do not buy or sell personal information.
Why we hold it
Your information is used to arrange your session and, with your agreement, to introduce you to the partner clinic. It is not used for advertising.
Who can see it
Access is limited to Axiom staff who arrange sessions, and to the partner clinic once you agree to an introduction. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also held by Meta under its own terms, and appointment details are shared with the partner clinic once you agree to an introduction.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for the period required by Indonesian medical record rules. Records we hold are kept for as long as needed to arrange and document your sessions, and are stored on managed servers with access limited to Axiom staff.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete records where the law allows. Write to us using the address on the contact page.
Messaging services
If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled under the terms of that platform, which we do not control.
